Barbara Radtke is the initiator of Weinkeller & Co and brings over 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector. As a three-time founder, managing director, and board member, she has extensive expertise in corporate leadership. As a lecturer in management and innovation, she shares her knowledge with the next generation of leaders.

Over the past three decades, she has strategically built and continuously cultivated a strong professional network in the healthcare industry. Today, she collaborates internationally with selected experts to successfully implement complex healthcare projects. She lives in Laax – and from time to time, you might find her at a wine tasting in Italy.
