Board and Foundation Roles
We actively contribute our experience from entrepreneurship, healthcare, and governance to boards of directors and foundation boards. We support strategic positioning, the assessment of risks and opportunities, and questions of innovation and efficiency – with the aim of enabling clear decisions and a coherent long-term direction.

Interim Management
During transition phases or periods of personnel shortage, we assume leadership responsibilities on a temporary basis. We stabilize structures and processes, safeguard ongoing operations, and implement prioritized strategic measures until a sustainable long-term solution is in place.
